The rooms can be booked upon availability and therefore, the organisers cannot guarantee that there are rooms available in the desired hotel.
When making a reservation, please indicate that you are a participant of the V° Internationl Poplar Symposium. The exact reference is also mentioned under some hotels below. Since September is a peak tourist season in Orvieto, please make your reservations as early as possible.
